In addition to representing clients at the trial court level and at the administrative proceedings, we handle appeals of incorrect trial court decisions. We have extensive legal experience before the Iowa State Supreme and Iowa Appellate Courts in appeals from decisions made in the trial court. We are involved in appellate law matters to the Illinois Supreme Court or the Illinois Appellate Court from the District Court (trial court) verdict or decision. We also are involved in appeal from the federal trial court to the United States Supreme Court, the federal U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for 7th Circuit, if there was a mistake in the federal trial court
We also have extensive legal experience handling the appeals that may be needed from an Administrative Agency decision or from within the administrative agency hierarchy, and when appropriate to the proper Court that sits in appellate review of an administrative decision.
Quality legal research, quality writing and communication skills are key to our successful appellate practice which reflect the intellectual strengths of our attorneys.
