Kevin Halligan is a member owner of Bush, Motto, Creen, Koury and Halligan PLC  for over 15 years. He has over 25 years experience in the practice of law, specializing in civil trial litigation cases in Iowa, Illinois and Federal trial courts and involving personal injury, brain and body injuries and workers compensation claims.
